Stephan was appointed CEO of Unit4 in 2016, responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's long term strategy. He joined Unit4 in 2014 as EVP Strategy and Operations and became responsible for global sales operations in 2015. Stephan previously worked for SAP where he held multiple leadership positions over more than 10 years including Managing Director of SAP Switzerland and Chief Operating Officer of the region DACH (Germany, Switzerland and Austria). He was also a member of the management team of SAP Germany. He completed an Advanced Management Program at INSEAD in 2002 and an MBA with the University of Toronto in 2007.

Yann joined Unit4 in 2016 with responsibility for finance, procurement, IT and legal affairs. Previously, Yann held several senior positions at private equity-owned companies, most recently that of CFO and member of the Management Board and Executive Committee at Salt (formerly Orange Switzerland). Prior to Salt, Yann was Polyconcept’s CFO during most of his 16-year tenure, Head of Financial Control at Saga (Bolloré Group) and Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen. Yann graduated from HEC Paris in 1988.

Henk joined Unit4 in 2017 as Chief Human Resources Officer responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic company direction, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. He joined Unit4 from Vion Food Group, an international meat producer with more than 11,000 employees. Prior to that, Henk held senior leadership positions in a number of large international organizations including Philips and Wessanen. He graduated from Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands in 1981.

Dave joined Unit4 in 2017, with responsibility for helping clients drive world-class outcomes from their Unit4 solutions through the experience and unique skills of its consultants. He joined Unit4 from Hewlett Packard, where he led Software Services in the EMEA region. At HP, and before at IBM Global Services, Dave successfully transformed services businesses into differentiating and high performing organizations, supporting thousands of customers with world-class delivery and project services. He graduated from UHasselt University in Belgium in 1998.

Christophe joined Unit4 in 2016 with responsibility for driving strategy, corporate development and continuous business improvement across the global business. He is particularly focused on Unit4’s M&A strategy and due diligence strengthening the company’s portfolio and offering for customers. Christophe previously worked for Bain & Company where he was a senior principal in Bain’s European Private Equity and technology practices. While at Bain, Christophe focused specifically on the software industry across Europe working extensively with financial investors and management teams on both pre-deal diligence and post-acquisition projects. He graduated from ENSEIRB-MATMECA, an engineering school in Bordeaux in 2000, and completed (top 10%) a Master’s degree from the London Business School in 2007.

Jeremy joined Unit4 in 2017 with responsibility for designing and bringing to market the end-to-end product and customer experience, helping Unit4 customers harness the full potential of cloud. He was previously President and CEO of FinancialForce.com, which he founded in 2009 with investment from Unit4 and Salesforce. Under his leadership, the company became the leading cloud ERP vendor with apps built entirely on the Salesforce Cloud Platform. Jeremy first joined Unit4 in 2008 with the acquisition of Coda and went on to serve on Unit4’s Executive Committee, and remained active at board level throughout his time as FinancialForce CEO. He graduated with an Honours degree in 1987.

Haran joined Unit4 in 2017 as the global representative for all domestic lines of business, representing a third of the Unit4 global business. He is responsible for optimizing operational, commercial, and financial performance as well as overall portfolio performance. He joined Unit4 from smartShift Technologies, where he was EVP Corporate Strategy and GM EMEA. Haran has held a number of senior leadership positions in his career including Chief Strategy Officer and EMEA COO at Alcatel-Lucent.

Erik joined Unit4 in 2015 with responsibility for implementing Unit4’s product vision across the full product lifecycle comprising product management, application architecture, and research and development for all Unit4 solutions. Erik previously worked for Microsoft where he was General Manager responsible for the global Microsoft Dynamics’ cloud and on-premise solutions business for small and medium-sized businesses. Prior to that he served as Vice President Engineering, Business Solutions at Hewlett Packard and also held several executive roles at SAP. He graduated from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm in 1986 and completed an MBA at the Mannheim Business School / ESSEC in Paris in 2010.

Jeroen joined Unit4 in 2015 as its General Counsel and joined the Global Leadership Team in October 2017. He is responsible for overseeing and identifying legal issues in all departments, as well as corporate governance and compliance. He is experienced in all aspects of business law and compliance including M&A, contract law, employment law, and company secretary duties. Jeroen also has experience in company re-structures, transformations and overall organizational development. Since 2017, Jeroen has also been Chairman of the Unit4 Cares Foundation, which aims to support and raise funds for Unit4 colleagues, their partners or children, affected by critical illness. He graduated with a Master’s degree from Leiden University in 1992.

Jeremias is responsible for Unit4’s regional growth and customer success across Continental Europe. He joined Agresso, now Unit4, in 1999 as a Junior Consultant and quickly moved into sales, rising up the ranks to become Managing Director of the Swedish business in 2012. He was promoted to Regional Director of the Nordic region, one of the largest within Unit4, in 2014, before being promoted to his current role in 2017. Jeremias graduated from the University of Gothenburg in 1998.

Based at Unit4’s US headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts, Scott is responsible for the company’s North America business operations spanning the US and Canada. He is responsible for the company’s growth and customer success across the continent. He joined Unit4 in early 2015 having held executive roles at enterprise technology vendors including Salesforce.com, Oracle and SAP. He holds an Honours degree from UMass Lowell University and a Master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Derren Nisbet

Derren joined Unit4 in 2016 as Managing Director for Unit4’s UK and Ireland operations and was promoted to his current role in September 2017. He is responsible for the company’s regional growth and customer success. He joined Unit4 from GT Nexus, a cloud based supply chain provider where he spent two years as Senior Vice President of EMEA. Prior to this Derren held a number of senior management positions at Oracle, with the most recent being European Vice President Edge applications. He graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 1992 and completed a Non-Executive Director’s Diploma from the Financial Times in 2013.

Jack was appointed to lead Unit4’s Asia Pacific regional operations in 2014. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for the company’s regional growth and customer success. Previously located in the Netherlands, Jack was responsible for Unit4’s global cloud delivery and SaaS operations. He held several technology leadership positions at private and public technology companies prior to joining Unit4. He graduated from INSEAD in 2013.

Léo Apotheker became Chairman of the Unit4 Board in 2016. He has 29 years' experience in the technology industry and is currently Chairman of KMD in Denmark. He also holds positions as Vice Chairman and Lead Director for Schneider-Electric S.E, and Non-Executive Director at P2 and Nice Systems Inc. He is the former President and CEO of Hewlett-Packard Corporation, and the former CEO of SAP.

Chris Ouwinga has been a member of the Unit4 Board of Directors since 1986. He co-founded Unit4 in 1980 and under his leadership the company became one of Europe's leading suppliers of business software.

Frank Rövekamp

Frank Rövekamp is an experienced executive in airline, telecommunications and information technology. Frank’s other current positions are: Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vodafone Germany, member of the Supervisory Board of PostNL N.V., member of the Supervisory Board of Royal Theatre Carré, Vice Chairman of the Board of Vluchtelingenwerk Nederland, member of the "Kasteel de Haar" foundation, and member of the Refugees United foundation. He is former Group Chief Commercial Officer and member of the Executive Committee at Vodafone Group plc.

Fred Wakeman is a Managing Partner of Advent International, joining in 1998 and has 19 years’ of private equity experience, as well as being a Non-Executive Board Member of KMD in Denmark, Oberthur Technologies in France and DFS in the United Kingdom. Fred was a Director in GE Capital's equity capital group, where he specialized in later-stage growth capital investments, primarily in the media and business services sectors in both the US and Europe. He previously held positions as Non-Executive Board Member at Radio 538, Radio Zet, HMV Media, Venere, Fat Face and Poundland.

John Woyton

John Woyton is a Director at Advent International, joining in 2009 from 3i Investments where he led technology, media and telecoms investment opportunities. He has over 14 years’ experience investing in the technology industry. John, who also currently holds a Board position at KMD in Denmark, began his career at UBS Investment Bank advising on capital raisings and M&A transactions in the telecoms sector, both in Asia and Europe. Previously John was an investment professional at The Carlyle Group where he was involved in a number of buyout investments and realizations in software, industrial technology, communications and technology services sub-sectors. In the past, he has held Board positions at Cameca, NP Aerospace and Orthogon Systems.
